Question for the googlers here! Once there’s a team match and you go through the interviews with the team, what exactly is this hiring committee im seeing videos of at google?

How do I qualify for a waiver of the interview when renewing the H1B in the same US consulate where I originally got the visa? Context: Italian, renewing the H1B that is expiring this summer. Just hit 1 year as a bdr at my company, and I wanted to hear opinions on the position I was put in.

I was 1 of 2 out of 30 on my team to hit quota last half. I was told to expect a promotion to enterprise BDR and a pay raise, with a slightly lower quota. Instead I got no title change, no new letter, my quota increased 58%, and I can only work enterprise accounts. I now have the highest quota in the company, most difficult job, as one of the lowest paid bdrs. Does any of that sound normal?
