Today i got call from HR but he told 1st round as online assessment which is technical. I have 5 years experience in IAM. Any one has idea how was the exam experience & what is the score we need to get. ?

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?
