I have recently given my interview for the Senior Consultant role and my HM round was completed last week Monday 9th March but till now no update was given. When I tried to follow up, I found my recruiter is not with MS anymore because my follow up email bounced back.

What should I do now?

I have two offer , one offer is from Infosys and package is 16 + 1.25(JB) and role is lead data analyst - data science (Bangalore location) and other offer is from Latent view and package is 18 and role assistant manager and location is Chennai.

Which one should I choose?

I am a contractor at legato. Manager says he cannot proceed with full time conversion of my role as their is a hold on hiring at legato due to upcoming recession. Is he saying correct? Or there some other reason. Should I wait for sometime or start looking new opportunities taking it as no.

General Question!
According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
