I've question about the annual performance bonus (not appraisal !).

As I understand bonus cycle at HCL is April 2024 to March 2025. Currently I'm serving notice period at HCL. Bonus is disbursed along with May salary.

I didn't receive my bonus with May month salary.

Does anyone know is this the policy at HCL to not give bonus when you're serving notice period ??

Hey fishes. Just got a mail from Deloitte that the lease for my Laptop has expired and I have to visit the nearest Deloitte office to replace it. I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. It would be really helpful if anyone could share their views. Thanks.
