I am based out of rajasthan, small town and currently work with infosys for past 8 years, am sure even if infy calls back to office, i can ask for wfh permanent or at my wish. i cant leave my hometown,as my wife is in rajasthan gov.

Now i have an offer from mphasis, atos, with 100% hike. Initially wfh remotely but later on if office opens, will have to move to bangalore.

What do you think how long will this wfh continue ????

I got a follow up call on an application for a "Remote" position. Talked to the recruiter and was told they planned a mandatory return to the office in the next year and the position was only "Remote" until then. Has anyone else see this?

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.
