Tech stack is mostly Java in both companies

The Compensation offered is 26.5 LPA in both companies

Kindly share your thoughts and help me in deciding. I want to know from career growth perspective, WLB and benefits.

What should be Package after 4 years of experience in Service Now and overall IT experience is 4 years.
I am currently in Ireland want to shift in India permanently.
2.6 years Capgemin in India
1.4 years Irish Firm in Ireland

I have been selected for Consultant position for Mastercard. Its been 10 days since I have submitted my documents.
HR called once last week for salary negotiation but hasn’t called back since.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

I got salary today. In the payslip the PF number mentioned is different from what I can see in the EPFO portal.
