I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

My situation:I have filled visa and waiting for it from few weeks with company A and don’t want to join then because I have better offer from company B. Company B wants me to withdraw my visa application so they can file a new one for me and they r telling me they can’t generate my CoS until I withdraw application.How shall I withdraw my visa until I don’t even have CoS from company B??

Yes, Correct. I was earlier looking for a position at Verizon, unfortunately I couldn't get it at that time, so for time being I have joined wipro. Now, I got offer from Verizon which I can join within one month as I am still in probation.
Why are you scared of Verizon... Wipro is not even an option nearby

Nobody knows future, but you can plan for it. Build an emergency corpus of 6 month expenses and be tension free. Only spend that much time at job which you can and do take out time for being updated about industry and keep learning new skills. By the way verizon is better on all parameters without any doubt.
