I joined a new company recently, there PF migration is in progress from Trust based to Govt Based.

I got salary today. In the payslip the PF number mentioned is different from what I can see in the EPFO portal.

Is this something to worry about?

Hi fishes, I joined Tavant technologies few months ago. I wanted to know more about appraisal process in this company like when will the appraisal meeting happen, what's the usual rating and hikes one gets there. Also from when will this reflect in payroll.

Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Sap - 18.9 fixed + 2.1L variable + 1L joining bonus. Total - 21 LPA CTC.

Infosys is not providing me my relieving letter as I left the company during probation. I worked almost for 8 months, served my notice period, return the joining bonus. I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. I have mailed multiple times but not getting any response.
