Why doesn't the interview panelists inform the candidates if they've cleared the interview or not ?

Whenever I'm taking interviews, I clearly tell the candidates at the end if they should work hard and come back (Rejected) or if they've done well (Selected)

I've been on the other side of the fence and it sucks to get ghosted by recruiters.

What will be the path to become TPM (Technical Project Manager) ? I'm already CSPO and CSM certified . Played the roles of Product Owner, Business Analyst and Scrum Master. What kind of package I can expect ? Exp - 5 years and CCTC - 17 LPA.

I'm aiming for TPM in product based companies. Amazon, Walmart, Intuit, Cisco, SAP etc etc.
