Not a easy round. Some odd questions like your achievements and challenges you had in the past. How did you overcome that? Why u want to join us ? Mostly, they won't listen much, what you say. For them, it is just time pass kind of. In the end, they might ask you if you have any questions, then only ask "how early you can share the offer letter" because in the market, everyone knows that processes are very slow here.

They dont see your years of exp at all... They only give u grades as per your fitment for that role.. Thats why even 8 yrs of exp are given L3-2 and even 17 yrs are also offered the same.. You might also find yourself in a role which you had done before

Question for the bowl. Recruiter arranged an interview with a local legal firm for an Office Manager role next week. On paper everything looks great, but the firm has a reputation as being as "ambulance chasers" and for only hiring "good looking young people." I'm really not sure that I would fit in with that work culture. I will go in with an open mind, but If I start to get the vibe that it isn't the place for me, at what point should you just end the interview early?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Additionally I’ve had a couple interviews where company “X” interviewers have commented on this and in an effort to not bad mouth my previous employer I’m stuck with a generic answer like I want to take my career to the next level with Company “X.” Any thoughts/advice?

I’m filling out my background check for my Deloitte offer. Is the professional career start date the date I started my job after college or literally the date I had my first job (if it’s in the 25 years Deloitte asks about)?

My security clearance asks for 10 years but nothing before 18, and it seems weird if Deloitte wants to know high school jobs.

Any help would be appreciated!
