I got selected as Consultant position with 4.5 years experience. In how much years , I will be eligible for senior consultant promotion?

Any companies that are hiring ppl with no experience?

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?

Typical salary band for Consultant level for Risk & Advisory in HCOL? Got an offer for 90k + 10k signing so trying to see if this is high or just standard. 2 YOE, they mentioned promotion to SC in 6-8 months.

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). The last working date on my previous employer experience letter is wrong. It's just a one day difference. Now during background verification employer is asking to contact previous employer to correct the date.
In worst case scenario if previous employer doesn't respond, will this cause my offer letter to be revoked?
