I am in salesforce domain and having around 3.5 YOE and having 14 CTC ..want to understand how you see salesforce as a technology is it something niche which only service based companies works upon...and if not, do you see any upper limit to what a person can earn as salesforce Developer or architect?

Do you recommend me to switch to another technology...I am a quick learner and eager learner i am already fond of AI ML things...i know we have Einstein GPT as well in salesforce

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. Salaries would be comparable (Lilly would most likely be a little more with bonuses), but if the culture sucks, I’d hate to burn a bridge with Envigo.
