I cleared all technical rounds for an SAP ABAP role at Capgemini
but after the HR discussion, my salary expectations didn't align with their budget.
HR sent an email saying they’ve put my application 'on hold' but invited me to reach out if I want to reconsider their proposed compensation.
I tried contacting HR to discuss this further, but I haven't received a response.
Has anyone else been in this situation?
Should I keep following up, or is this a sign to move on?

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

As everybody tells u will get more offers during the last one month of notice.

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.
