They are offering 100k+ on L1 visa. While I feel this not worth moving and start my life from scratch as I am 30 and already have lot of things to take care. How do you see this opportunity? I feel this would have been more appropriate if i was single and in my early 20s

I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll.
