If Deloitte you should just do Vanguard. It makes things way easier. In my 15 years I’ve learned.

I have chase private client which I got through my wife’s family who has their upper middle class savings in chase and JPM investment accounts. There’s never any fees for atm or wires but I don’t really use either much. The JPM investment advisors have been largely incompetent IMO. I asked if one could explain to me the sharpe ratio and he was completely dumbfounded. That said, I think if you’re balling then they’ll give you CFA / MBA level advisors. Most of what the JPM guys do is try to sell you into mutual funds or other investment products. Chase private client provides an immaterial monetary benefit to me unlike my airline and hotel status

Travel question- Can one travel to India on a e-visa? Recently became a US citizen and need to travel to India. Is it mandatory to complete the renunciation and application of OCI prior to traveling?

This one is for folks on h1b visa. So at time when you have an offer in hand(not accepted the offer yet and h1b transfer process not yet begun) while you are working with your current employer, do you even speak to your employer about your new offer to see if they make a counter offer? Is there a risk involved with this approach assuming your current employer doesn't provide you with a counter offer and they ask you to leave immediately (and your h1b visa hasn't been transferred either)

Been an art director for 12 months but grown in my role significantly & my boss told me my next promo was “political”. I’m managing well over 1.5M a year, 9 brands. Functioning with little to no oversight on a day-to-day basis, w/ only strategy checkins with my CD. 100% client facing. I’m managing 1 direct report and from 2-8 copy and art freelancers at any time. I feel like all my stretch goals are ACD focused. Yet still need SAD before ACD. Does this sound like an art director? I’m a manager making roughly $120K, but am interested in exploring different career paths. Most recently, Commercial Real Estate has struck me as an interest.
