1) CCAT (Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test - 50 questions in 15 minutes )
2) Codility Test (Technical) - 3 Task will be given & the test duration: 90 minutes
3) Technical Round
4) Business Unit Round
5) HR Round
6) Offer


I appreciate if someone tells me about the company and any Idea on how to prepare for 1st Round ?

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
