I have received an offer from HSBC IT and my joining date is 14 Jan 26.
1. While discussing the offer, HR mentioned about the applicable variable pay and bonus which will be paid in Jan2027, however these details are nowhere mentioned in the offer letter. Is it fine or should I ask for those to mention in the offer letter.
2. As I'm joining on 14 Jan, will the Jan salary be paid in the same month or next month?
