You’re about 100k too high.
Because of nyc laws all salaries are posted online now. The top of the range for advisory D at PWC is only 314k (137-314) and usually most people don’t reach close to the top. (Most D at pwc is “advisory D”, with a few exceptions)
That’s base salary. Not all in
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Depends on your city and which pillar of Consulting (I assumed you are in tech which is where I sit). If tier 1 city (think NYC, SF, DC) then it’s possible but I’d have to check our salary sheet. I’m at the highest cohort (D3) in a tier 3 city (ATL) and my base is $266. Bonus is dependent on performance but 25% would be at the highest performance tier which is not easy to achieve.
That’s assuming OP comes in at D1. During the recent hiring boom, many new directors I met came in at D3 as we tried to compete for labor. Highly unlikely OP would get what he/she is looking for but many variables.
Can I have some of whatever you are smoking?
$450k total comp for a D1? Yeah right
Where do you live and what kind of revenue programs do you drive?
Lol how possible? Impossible
You’re definitely not making that as a D1 at PwC. Maybe in S&
That base is 50k too high for S&
All in isn’t too far off though
Lol did you put the wrong company? PwC doesn’t pay that lol

Thanks!

NOT Feasible at all. You might need to pickup a real job alongside this one otherwise you’ll end up on the streets. 👀
Having just left PwC as a Director, I can confirm what many are saying here that $260k for D1 is a pipe dream. D3 would be $259k plus a bonus. Coming into the Director ranks as an experienced hire is a career risk as well. If you're experienced enough to land a Director role as an experienced hire, you're probably much more experienced in what you do than the Partners you work for - and they will push detail oriented work down to the Directors. In fact this year, you no longer receive credit for winning business, only delivering projects. Some projects and clients are good, some are not - its all a bit of a crap shoot.

lol
OP- I am thinking to join SAP-Whataa say?
What do you mean by D1? If I wanted to go from an Lead Associate position to Director at PWC, would that be possible at 300K
