Are they offering me the correct designation given my work experience (I’m an MBA too)? What is the next designation in the hierarchy? Do promotions happen at a regular interval in GE?

Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately.
