I'm working in SAP BASIS Domain for almost 1.5yrs
Overall exp 2.3
Joined infy as a fresher.
my salary is very low.. Only 3lpa.
I'm not very expert in sap basis but i know some part very well like user access management and all.

Can any one let me know if i try i will get better job with good package.
If yes how much i can expect.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

How do you navigate getting/facilitating full time offers?
I am an incoming senior currently interning with Abbott. My goal is to have at least two full time offers. I have another interview coming up this week at a different company. I suspect that pay will be similar (Glassdoor and industry knowledge). If I don’t have an offer from the other company, what is the best way to postpone accepting from Abbott until I have salary leverage?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
