It’s been a week since I had my F2F interview at Amgen India for Sr. Associate PLM Support Analyst role. Yesterday I received a mail from HR to send the documents for verification.
1. How long they would take for doc verification and schedule the HR round ?
2. I have already completed my LWD in my previous organisation and the CTC was 9LPA. Currently holding an offer for 11LPA. How much can I expect in Amgen if I am getting selected ?
3. Do they provide joining bonus ?
It took me 3 days for recruiter to give a call. You can expect 30% of raise and also it depends on the role and team you are joining

I got the survey after 1st round, but after second round I didn’t receive any !
I have face to face round interview in Amgen 1st round what questions can I expect anyone tell me.
My 1st round was fully technical. Initially they test your communication skill and try to understand your responsibilities in current company. Then they question you related to what you have mentioned in your resume. Finally, they ask if you are strong enough with pharma related process.
