I've got an offer from LTIMindtree for the position Senior Consultant - System Management, at P2 grade.

With 3 years of experience, I'm getting 9 LPA inclusive of 5% V.P. from them....

Is it worth joining ? (50% hike)

And what is the procedure for getting to P3 or higher grade ?
Do they automatically assign this grade after certain years of experience?

Please guide.......

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
