Recently I got a call from Deloitte HR and i was told it's a permanent position with deloitte But for initial 3 month till my background verification completes I will be on 3rd party payroll and after successful background verification I will get revised offer letter from deloitte. Did anyone experience this ? shall i accept the offer?

P.S - With 4 Years of experience they are ready to offer 18LPA .

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.
