This post is for one of my knowns who completed her masters in technology management program at UIUC and now she is currently looking out for roles in strategy or Technology Risk. She would be requiring sponsorship for work authorization. I am not from states so I am not so sure if big 4s provide sponsorship in strategy consulting or Technology Risk. In addition to this, she already have more than 2 years of work experience in IT Audits.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
