How are firms in LCOL or MCOL competing with firms in HCOL that are offering 1st year tax seniors with 2-3 years experience $100k+ and the ability to work remote?!

I am not understand that message. I entered my housing rent on portal..

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

I'm currently working as an electrical designer in the MEP industry. I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
