I currently have an offer with org. A, reputed company in IB with CTC 17.5L.
Im looking at a potential opportunity for international mobility to Ireland with Org. B. Expecting the interview this week.
I'm confused as to if I should continue with Org. A as it's the company I've always wanted to be a part of. Also personally have always wanted international opportunity.

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system. I am wondering what doors/opportunities I have if I were to utilize my masters degree?

Has anyone successfully moved out of claims into underwriting? I have been doing worker’s compensation claims for about 9 years now as an adjuster. I would really like to get into underwriting but have not had any success so far. What are some other roles I can transition to?

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Which is the better offer? KPMG India management consulting vs Pfizer patient services management. I've mix of pharma industry and Life Sciences consulting experience with MBA from tier 1 B school.
