Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .

I think you should prioritise 1-2 companies. You should inform others that you are not joining.
Think about the technology, domain, salary company culture, appraisals, work life balance, project.
Yeah, that's what I have done to prioritise and now I want to know when what would be an appropriate time to send them a declination e-mail
If your notice period was 60 days then you have already wasted their 40 days..in this case no matter how respectfully you send a declining email chances are you will be blacklisted. But if your notice is 30 days then its fine
Do not play this game please. If you have accepted the offer it is not a good practice to negotiate further. In exceptional cases if there is a much better opportunity, discuss the same with the HR within 2 to 3 weeks of accepting the offer and see of they can offer better or else simply accept the other offer and decline the current. Chances are they will not provide more compensation as it takes a lot of approvals and discussions internally to approve such cases. Better to stay true to your words and act professionally.
My Friend, As now a days organizations have moved to virtual onboarding process, so they require at least 20 days before hand as they will start sending the requisite items on your mailing address, so if you hadn't made up your mind it's the correct time now, do make up your mind and let them know beforehand.
