I have an offer from PwC AC at 17 LPA fixed pay. Through with the interviews of Deloitte USI. Both positions are in Data and ML area.

I would like to know what you all have to say about these companies. Wlb is important for me. I know big4 are notorious for the same, but if I have to choose one, what would you suggest? Any other info on company culture in overall, any other benefits is also appreciated.

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

In how many days we receive salary slip as I have received my first salary.

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,

My company says that they don’t do typical merit increases based on individual performance. Everyone just gets collective cost of living increases every 2-5 years. Is this normal?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
