Need some info. Joining Accenture on 23 Feb. My Yoe-14.2 yrs, CCTC-14 lpa, level given is 8 and offered package is 25.98 (fixed). HR is saying this is max possible.
How much % increment we get in annual appraisal cycle? And which month appraisal happen?
What is the increment can be expected in next 1 or 2 years?
If 25.8 is the highest bracket for level 8 then does it mean for next increment Accenture has to do my promotion to level 7? If not then hw soon promotion can be done?

Anyone have any thoughts on Primary vs Secondaries PE as a career after coming from Tech M&A? Wondering if Secondaries is a good move?

Hi! I have been working in marketing and advertising for ~5 years and recently started exploring the freelance side of things. I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them. HELP! Company wants me to move to the US for a Remote role - Is this reasonable? Hi, I'm moving through the stages for a Remote US role as a Canadian candidate. They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. Good thing is, this comp also has a Canandian office BUT they said bringing me on through the Canadian office is not smth they do.

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
