Better Opportunity: Big 4 marketing or brand management? Long term outlook, pay etc

Are internal consulting roles at a prestigious company viewed on the same playing field as traditional consulting roles? (I.e internal consulting at American Express versus consulting at the Big 4)?

Anyone in cyber security consulting at big 4? What's the long term potential for the field, and what skills does it play on the most?

Does EY advisory promote based on tenure just like all the big 4 audit practices? As in, you're a senior consultant for 3 years and then as long as you've been performing well you make manager.

Did the math. After accounting for non-billable travel and 80hr work weeks I'm making $13.25/hr. This whole $15.00 minimum wage argument never made it up the pipeline to big 4 leadership
