Congratulations 🙌
I failed in the capgemini second round for manger position but the way invent sr manager was explaining me i cud sense their work culture. They seem professional and well learned not like our Senior manager types. WLB while my discussion during first round i had asked my interviewer she is ex Accenture and she said it is way better than Accenture. But yeah invent people can give better answers.

YoE and current CTC?

Go for EY GDS

Hey i concur with the above, go for GDS. I used to work at cap invent and left a month back. Situation is extremely dire there with an almost non existent project pipeline. The senior leadership (partners) are comfort zoned as they dont have to answer for their non performance. They are mostly from cap tech/bpo side as well so dont have an ounce of idea about what consulting is. Hikes are nil. Strategy consultants are being forcefully interviewed for java and python coding projects. When they dont clear these fake interviews (as exptected) they are silently laid off. Maybe its a bit better in financial services practise as they are able to deploy there consultants to cap tech implementation projects. Rest of the service lines are in dire situation here.

Invent would be chill

Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good. Not at all actively looking to leave, but just looking for advice on if I would be crazy for not pursuing an opportunity for so much more money at least a little further. Really what I care about is my long term career more than anything

Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?
