Hello Folks,

I have an offer from LTI Mindtree to Join from Noida office in P5 band. want to know is there mandatory to go office daily or twice a week in LTI. Do they allow complete WFH. Overall will you recommend someone joining LTI as per their internal policies etc. Please help.

It depends on the project needs and your higher management.


In other projects I had seen where logging in office is mandatory but maintaining only4-5 hours at office.
Again they travel back home and work.

In some other project, manager is asking for Atleast 7.5 hrs of office loggin is mandatory.
