Currently going through Springverify BGV Process.
Does anyone have already went through their BGV process, if yes then it is normal or they are very strict.
I am only feared if they call my current company Manager/HR & they will not say good to make me stay here although i have good relation with Manger.

What you suggest could this be the reason to fail BGV or it does not matter if all documents & checks are ok?

I think this generation has finally understood that it's not worth preparing for govt jobs like UPSC, RBI, SEBI, SSC job, even state PCS.

Earlier they used to sacrifice important 3-4-5 yrs for such jobs but now people want to work more in Corporate rather than wasting their lives for such govt jobs which doesn't even have any significant future as compared to an IT job.

Is this true or people are still running after these govt jobs? I can see the mindset shift from Govt to Corporate jobs.
