Been through all interviews, recruiter said it's looking good but they would let me know early this week and asked if that works from a timing perspective since they know I was interviewing with someone else also. I said yeah that's fine. Would it be weird to follow up today or should I wait to hear from them? Want this one over the other but don't want to seem desperate..

Three Months back, I gave interview for Infy and got selected after that I got one offer from another company with very good pay so, I have to tell infy that I will not be joining. The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. If I reject the offer now, will they black mark my profile by not allowing me to join in future. Also, what I can tell them for offer rejection. Thanks.

I have great work experience with documented success. But it is 2 years of FT, 1 year of internship, and just graduated from a non-target MBA. Is it I’m asking for too much for associate? Is it worth applying for a position with a firm you are directly adverse to on a matter or will conflicts definitely keep you from joining?

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?
