I will be having HR rounds for TCS and Accenture next week. Can I demand 30-32 lakhs/ annum

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

Does TCS conduct telephonic interviews only ?. There is no email communication at all. First they called and took telephonic interview directly(technical). Then now they called and said there is another telephonic interview at 5PM. Technical again.

I have 5+ yrs of experience and it's been 1 week since I have switched from TCS to one product base company as they had offered me very high package.

Now I regret this decision due to toxic work culture, timings and many more which wasn't told me during the interview nor before my joining.

Luckily yesterday I have cleared all the rounds in one of the top service based company and probably expecting my offer in next 1 week time.
