Just need to clear one doubt, I have got an offer from natwest however the notice period i have specified for my company is 2 months but actually its 3 months! But I told HR that its 2 months and accordingly I have got the joining date. So any chances they’ll extend the joining date? Would really appreciate some help as I am very confused about this right now!

If yes, then what is the percentage increase ?
I have heard companies giving 20 to 50% increment on the name of market correction in both service as well as product based companies (for software and analytics profile)
