Hello friends, I need some genuine advice. I have received an offer from X Org for 28L and from Y Org for 29L. When I spoke to the X HR and mentioned that I have an offer for 32L, they said they could match it but only if I share the offer letter. Is it okay to edit the Y offer letter and share it with X? Also, will X conduct any background verification to check the authenticity?

I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Nope, dont do that, refuse to share or say privacy reasons, you editing it would wouls not end well, never tamper with paper which can be traced. Lets say bands of payment are well known, do not tamper

Btw, no ethical/professional HR will insist on sending offer letter as is.. Mask confidential data nd send it.. or take snippets of first page and compensation breakup page and send .. that's all.
