Role 1.
-95k base, no bonus, better benefits.
-Booz Allen Hamilton
-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.

26M, I have 4.3 yoe with Big data tech stack(AWS,Spark, Hadoop etc). I received offer from EY for 18 LPA. I also have an offer from Deloitte for similar package. I was hoping to join either on of them but now I got couple of offers from startups, where they're offering me 24LPA and 25 LPA. I'm getting confused now, any suggestions would be very much helpful. Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
