I have given 4 tech interviews
( 1 : by senior 2 : by manager 3: director 4: director) and hr discussion also completed but still he is saying client interview is pending. Now it’s been almost 1 month from 1 st interview.
Not sure what is happening. Can anyone please guide what to do now ?

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

I cleared the Level 2 interview as an Appian developer. Could you please let me know what Level 3 interview would be about? Thr HR said it's an interaction session with the panel. But should I be prepared technically?

Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?
Any chance of them being fraud ?
