Hello good morning. I have 12 years of overall experience and 6 as relevant.
I got two offers for servicenow development roles.
Synechron Inc. - Senior technical consultant
LTIMindtree - Specialist architecture
Both are almost the same pay. I would like to know which company is having good job stability, work life balance and want to know which company is better to join for career prospects. Also, may I know how much is fair pay for 12 years overall and 6 years relevant?

Canada PR vs USA H1B visa. I am on H1B in USA with a good job and I have a Canada PR which I thought of using to get more stability in life but as I am running out of time on Canada PR it’s making me anxious if I should stay in the USA or move to Canada. Can someone share their experience if faced the similar issue?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

It's my first month in a new job as Product Owner. I went from a company that digital product development was their secondary focus along with consultancy services, to a company that their only focus is the product. Hi 🐟,
I carry 7.5 yrs experience with a mix in B2B enterprise sales and E-commerce sales (own, 3rd party). Request you let know / refer any opportunities available in startups/otherwise.

2 YOE in project management at a CRO and now 1 YOE as an analyst in life sciences at Accenture. Kind of want to switch over to L.E.K. Consulting as a consultant. How much more experience would I need? Is it worth it to make the switch? Have a Master’s in Biotech as well.

Human interest stories might not be where the money is, but making the switch has saved my sanity after the tragedy I’ve covered the past few years.

Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. The partner and I have kept in touch since I joined my new firm and I feel like his invitation is a great networking opportunity since the client (who I have worked with before) is on a number of boards. Torn as how to request off as an S3. Could materialize to nothing but could be good for reconnecting.

Can someone rejoin TCS

People joining TCS at Senior Consultant designation with 12 years exp, with no MBA degree or even from with exceptional experience in niche technologies is truth these days.

Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts

Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?
