Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Evening logout time: 4:20pm, 6pm, 7pm
You can choose to go in any of these vehicles. It will be mostly cab/ TT or Bus depending on number of people in that route. Work timings is flexible, you can continue to work after reaching home also.
4. No, not eligible for hike as the evaluation happens at the end of September and revised salary is applicable from Jan. (I joined in last week of July, and was not part of hike)
5. No, not possible to negotiate for 3 days wfh with reason of long distance. It will be given on case to case basis depending on manager for specific duration of time.

1. Yes, bonus can be randomly given depending on uoir critical contribution and org performance. No guarantee on every year you’ll. Its not a variable or performance linked incentive of 10% or so.
2. Yes, depending on how good you performed in interview and also how badly the hiring manager needs you to join soon (in case you are buying your np)
3. Flexible as per project/Teams schedule. If opting for office transport, need to plan within defined time slots.
4. No, will be delayed for 1.5 years almost. As cycle is from October to September.
5. Yes, feasible and again depends on team and project. Dont do it from beginning. Deliver your work on or before time, build that trust and then leveraged it. Works in all orgs.
