I have 1yoe,had my HR round for ABAP Developer Associate at SAP labs a week ago. My current is 6.3 ,asked for 11lpa base and there was no negotiation, no feedback given by the HR if my ask is out of their range,etc.

I haven't got any update. The recruiter is also not responding to my mails. This was my first interview...I thought you can't get rejected after clearing managerial round and they will atleast call me to negotiate.
Any suggestions for future improvement?

Opentext so called "Product Based company" 4 hours of continuos interview rounds.... grilling questions and wait wait wait.....
Call from HR please can you give another interview for just half hour for another team urgently and then we can proceed...... Agreed gave that and then "Boom"

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
