I have about 4 years of experience in Testing in Infy.
I have exposure to Selenium, playwright and CRT test automation framework as well.
I have been to 5 different accounts and it's related to telecom and law firm domain.
Most of the experience is in SFDC testing (manual+ automation) and the current CTC is 5 LPA.
Planning to switch now, How much hike should I expect based on the experience.

When renting a condo from an owner, I was asked to pay a $150 move-in fee to the building which I thought makes sense, but then I am being told to also pay a $500 non refundable move in fee to the owner but he is not wanting a security deposit. Is this normal? Seems like $500 down the drain but not sure if this is normal

Hello All, I’m a project manager but seeking to pivot into UX Research. I do have some experience but don’t have a portfolio yet. Can anyone advise if I should focus on going through a bootcamp or focus on getting a Masters in HCI? Or just building a portfolio with the experience I do have? There are very few entry-level roles and many places are only hiring “Sr UXR” with 3-5+ years of experience! Any tips on how to break into this field and/or stand out as a junior applicant?? Thanks!

For FAR, what do most people think is a realistic number of modules to get through per day/week while working full time. For me, the hour lectures generally take up to 2-3 weekdays to get through lecture, MCQ, Skills, and Sims. By the time the weekend comes, I’m exhausted and need a break, but this seems too slow.

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good?
