I want to know whether the PF amount will be taxable, if I am taking the amount after 3 yrs of Service.

As currently being unemployed, I couldn't transfer and also since March year ending is approaching,as been advised by the previous company to withdraw PF as it might draw tax over the accumulated amount as early before March.

Also my PF is been maintained by Company's PF Trust.

If I give Form 15G, whether my amount will be tax free.

Kindly suggest as I need to withdraw.

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
