Last year in 2025 April i joined CTS and got the project in July so for me April May June is non billable And I worked very hard in my current project even though the client side engineer architect gave me appreciation. Still I got a rating 3 and my colleague is not that good and got the rating 4. We are in the same project.

So asking from you guys is it because I'm not billable for 3 months I got this rating?

If this drags on until November how the heck are we gonna do an election? At least the campaigning seems to have been put on the backburner

About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things. The word “sweatshop” was used multiple times yet I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. This is truly “you can’t pay me enough to be part of that” in action. I am betting that I can get the same money at a place with a better culture - hopefully I am right!

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
