Wanted to know about the company work culture and projects. Recently i got an offer from accolite. Offer abs role yet to release. Could you please share your suggestion how the company culture, projects and promotions that would helpful to decide.

I am a Mechanical Engineer currently in Structural Analysis domain for 2 years and Want to change my domain to Data Engineering or Big Data Developer. What should be my approach and ideally how long would it take to get into this industry ?

What certifications can I earn to increase my market value coming out of college? I’m graduating with a marketing and digital applications co-major and I have 2 HubSpot certs (Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing) + relevant internships. I’m just trying really hard to get over 50K in Indianapolis (I sincerely can’t afford to accept anything lower) and being a new grad seems to REALLY be working against me no matter what I do. It’s coming down to the wire for my last recommender to submit for my Exec MBA program deadlines, and I have reached out multiple times with no response. Not sure what I should do now.

Solid background and thinking of a dual MBA/MS degree at H/S. Class of ‘19 — worth applying R2 or wait a year? Didn’t get in the H/S deferral program in 2019 and heard this year is quite competitive.

I broke up with my EX mainly because the relationship with my child and her was not the best, it sucks but I have to look out for my child, So far I am able to do the things I can do now. It is not the I am not Hoeing around but the simply fact that I can hang out with friends and go watch my son play baseball is a great feeling now. I feel at peace now, in somewhat of pain because of the breakup but I am at peace now.

What do people invest in after that? Whats the most tax advantaged way to save once you have maxed all of the above out?

How many people use the metro and or commuter bus to work? I’m European and lived in NY but I know that public transport is very different here. I’m thinking of speed, safety, reliability, and realistic expectation to use every day - TIA!

I have an offfer from Accolite. They will be allocating me a project from the telecom industry. I wanted to know , how is the work life balance in the organisation and whether they micro manage on things and what is the avg. Hike a resource recieves.
