I got offers from two companies Hexaware Technologies and Marsh McLennan. Hexaware is offering ctc of 6lpa with 2 years of service bond whereas Marsh McLennan is offering ctc of 5.25 + 10% variable with no service bond. I am confused which one to choose. Please help me.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Is it a good package to join ?

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer. YouTube has lot of resources but confused on which one to start with. I have an interview this Tuesday in another 2 days.

Guys, need advice

Getting married in few months. Planning to buy a gated flat based on home loan. My CTC is 30 and my wife’s 13 LPA. What is the home loan we should go for? In case we go for high end apartments, what is the avg sal in those apartments, as even after emi, you should be able to afford the life style living these flats. Also, parents are willing to contribute in down payment to redce the EMI, is it a good idea taking help from parents as I will loose my respect in front of wife.

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.
