I was terminated from my 2nd company (only 4-day tenure) and now have 3+ yrs at Infosys. TCS recently rejected my offer during BGV due to that termination letter. Infosys accepted it during onboarding. Will this affect future BGVs too? I’m transparent, never claimed it as experience, and can provide self-declaration. Any advice from HR manager on how to handle this.
