Hello I am 19 from south east London woolwich, I am looking for work in a 5-10 mile radius, i can cook ,clean and am very interested in food. i love to see the smile on people’s faces when they try my food and it gives me a smile to know people like what i do. I am a very hard worker and wont let anyone down when employed.

Good luck in your job search! I still think in food service, best way to land a job is to go to the establishment and talk to the manager and see if they’re hiring.

Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. All because I couldn’t solve 8 months of payroll issues in a day. 🫠 Good riddance, I’m getting a lawyer.

I work in quant and rely on our company’s database for everydays task, but couldn’t get any support from the company’s tech/data team. It’s been such a struggle. Everyday im fighting with red tapes and firewalls. :(

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.
