Hello, I am a Product Manager in Tech e-commerce and currently studying to become PMP certified. I have also enrolled to a couple of open courses focused on Green Energy and Climate mitigation. I am trying hard to switch to the climate change/green energy/sustainability field and I am currently sending applications to companies that have a big focus on this field, for roles like Product Manager or Project Manager/coordinator. How do I make my profile more attractive for this type of roles?

I freelanced for an agency as an art director for 6 months and recently got hired FT. I am struggling with imposter syndrome on a daily basis but manage to get great feedback from the creative directors continuously but still feel the same way.
